Whether you seek a more elegant dining experience or a casual setting for your meal, you can find it at Rio Verde Country Club. We have two dining experiences at Rio Verde. The more formal, linen tablecloth experience is the Copper Room, a setting that provides members with an interesting venue to entertain guests. The menu is comprehensive and offers regional American Cuisine with menus items such as aged beef, seafood, veal, pastas, and salads.

Most members enjoy dining in The Copper Room about once a week and many members are proud to host guests. We have heard many times that The Copper Room rivals any fine restaurant in the valley.

Wednesday nights are theme nights in the Copper Room. Tapas, wine and Jazz night is the first Wednesday of every month. A Mexican/Southwestern themed night, "Bella Verde" featuring Italian dishes, and The Great Steakout are incorporated each Wednesday throughout the month.

The Verde Pub is a lounge-type setting where hamburgers, sandwiches, salads and even brick-oven pizza are available. The Verde Pub is quite coveted which gives it some of its charm. It is a great place to grab an after golf cocktail or a quick pre-round lunch. Happy hour is available daily.

The Tonto Verde Clubhouse and dining facilities are currently undergoing an extensive renovation. This section will be updated as soon as pictures and more information are available. Watch for the reopening of the Tonto Verde dining experience in January of 2010.
