Deposit Requirements and Cancellation Policies
Deposit Requirements
Reservation is 3 to 6 nights $300
Reservation is 7 nights up to 14 nights $600
Reservation is 15 nights up to 27 nights $1000
Reservation is 28 nights or more $2000

Should deposit monies be deposited in to an interest bearing escrow account, then any interest would be for the favor of Rio Verde Sales and Rental.

Cancellation Policies
Length of stay 3 to 6 nights Reservation must be cancelled more than 4 weeks prior to arrival date. If cancellation is made 4 weeks prior or less to arrival date, full deposit will be forfeited.
Length of stay 7 to 14 nights Reservation must be cancelled more than 6 weeks prior to arrival date. If cancellation is made 6 weeks prior or less to arrival date, full deposit will be forfeited.
Length of stay 15 to 27 nights Reservation must be cancelled more than 8 weeks prior to arrival date. If cancellation is made 8 weeks prior or less to arrival date, full deposit will be forfeited.
Length of stay 28 nights and up Reservation must be cancelled more than 10 weeks prior to arrival date. If cancellation is made 10 weeks prior or less to arrival date, full deposit will be forfeited.


Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-In 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Check-out
10:00 a.m.
If we are able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, we will be happy to do so. Please check with rental office the day before check-in or checkout.


Pets
We have several homes where small dogs are permitted. Please let us know when making your reservation if you wish to rent one one these units. An additional deposit will apply.


Housekeeping Services
We do not provide daily maid service. However, housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional charge.


Telephone Usage
Telephones are provided in all our homes. However, we ask that you use a credit card, prepaid card or call collect when dialing long distance. If we must collect for any long distance calls, a $10 service charge will be applied. Calls to area codes 602 and 623 are made without dialing 1 before the ten digits and are considered local calls.


Vehicles
Each home as a two car garage or carport. However, in some cases the homeowner has chosen to use one half of the garage for his own vehicle. Motor homes are allowed to be parked in the street or driveways for up to 24 hours. Storage for R.V.’s is difficult arrange, therefore, we recommend that you do not consider driving a motor home to The Verdes.
